Yes, you can buy it from the airport (if you are flying into Warsaw Chopin, about Warsaw Modlin, I am not sure). If you buy it in the airport you will buy it from a small shop selling lots of stuff, so you will have to activate it yourself following the instructions on the package (in English). No identification is required. If you have no idea whatsoever, its better to buy it in the city, from a Play or Orange store, ask them to top up and activate the data. Play is the best choice btw.
